How are you paid?你们怎么收费？
A flat monthly retainer scaled to scope, or a hybrid of retainer plus performance. We never take a percentage of ad spend — it rewards us for spending more, which is the wrong incentive.按工作范围定的固定月费，或"固定月费 + 效果分成"的混合。我们绝不按广告花费抽成——那会激励我们多花钱，是错误的导向。
Do you do creative too?你们也做素材吗？
Yes. We have an in-house studio producing UGC, static and motion. Creative volume is central to performance, so we treat it as core, not an add-on.做。我们有自有工作室，产出 UGC、静态与动态素材。素材产量是效果的核心，所以它是主业，不是附加项。
How fast do we see results?多久能看到效果？
Tracking and quick wins in weeks one to four; meaningful efficiency gains usually by weeks six to twelve as creative and structure compound.
